After a brief rest, you may choose to visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, a sanctuary established in 1975 for rescued and abandoned elephants. Here, you can witness them being fed and bathed in a natural environment.
Later, continue your journey to Kandy, the last royal capital of Sri Lanka. This city is famed for the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, believed to house a tooth of Lord Buddha, and is also known for its annual Esala Perahera festival. Surrounded by tea plantations and the scenic Knuckles Mountain Range (a UNESCO Natural World Heritage site), Kandy is a serene blend of nature and heritage.

After breakfast, drive to the hill town of Nuwara Eliya, known for its cool climate and lush greenery. Believed to be connected to the Ramayana legend, Nuwara Eliya is said to be the location of Ravana’s capital and the place where Sita was held at Sita Eliya.
During your visit, explore Ramboda Falls, Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple, Hakgala Botanical Garden, Devon Falls, and the scenic Horton Plains National Park.

After breakfast, check out and travel to Colombo, the commercial and judicial capital of Sri Lanka. Experience a city tour that includes visits to Lotus Tower, National Museum, Sri Lanka Planetarium, Viharamahadevi Park, Gangaramaya Temple, and the Pettah Floating Market.
In the evening, enjoy shopping at Arcade Independence Square and Pettah Market, where you can purchase local items like spices, tea, gems, antiques, traditional masks, and batik textiles.
