Beach & Backwater Tour

DAY 01: ARRIVAL – COCHIN – MUNNAR (03 HRS)

On arrival at Cochin/Ernakulam our representative will cordially receive you from Cochin Airport / Ernakulam railway station. Later drive to Munnar. Upon arrival check into hotel.

Situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale, Munnar is 1600 Meter above sea level. Overnight stay is arranged at Munnar.

DAY 02: MUNNAR 

After Brekafast, Go For Local Sight Seeing in and Around Munnar Like Mattupatty Dam, Echo Point, Tea Plantation Visit, Rajamalai, Ervikulam National Park. Evening Back to the Hotel and Stay Overnight.

DAY 03: MUNNAR - PERIYAR (04 HOURS)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady (04 Hrs); on arrival check in to the hotel. Proceed for the sightseeing tour of Thekkady - one of the world's most fascinating wild life reserves. The Periyar wild life sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km of which 360 sq km is thick ever green forest. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wild life and scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978.

Optional activities like Boating at Periyar Lake, Spice Plantation visit and Elephant Ride can be done at an extra cost. Overnight stay is arranged in Thekkady.

DAY 04: PERIYAR - ALLEPPEY (02 HOURS)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey. Upon arrival check into hotel. You can take day cruise with additional cost.

Or stay overnight at houseboat with additional cost. 

Set out on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditionally decorated houseboats. While on boat, let your eyes settle for the bowed-down paddy fields, local inhabitants, rustic homes, ancient churches / temples and swaying coconut groves. Food will be served onboard

DAY 05: ALLEPPEY – KOVALAM (05 HOUR)

After breakfast check out from the Houseboat and drive to Kovalam. On arrival check-in into hotel. Kovalam is a famous beach town in Kerala known for its palm lined sandy beaches. Upon reaching Kovalam, explore its popular attractions, and then check in to your allotted hotel for an overnight stay near the beach.

DAY 06: KOVALAM

There are mesmerizingly beautiful places to visit in Kovalam, boasting enticing attractions such as thrilling beach activities, admirable art, remarkable architecture of age-old castles, churches & temples, and towering dams. Kovalam is a magical place this will pamper you with the astounding views of nature. Here you enjoy the beaches life.

 DAY 07: KOVALAM - TRIVANDRUM – DEPARTURE (01 HOUR)

After breakfast check out from the Hotel and drive to Cochin Airport  for your flight / train back home, feeling contented about a wonderful holiday you spent in the God's Own Country.
