Terms and Conditions

DISCLAIMER

Clique Holidays LLP employee or agent would never ask for any of your card information related to Number, CVV, Net Banking login, Password, OTP and so forth. Neither would they communicate for transferring funds to any personal account or to install third-party apps like Any Desk, TeamViewer. In case you get into any of such act or any loss of your money, Clique Holidays LLP strictly will not be responsible for any sort of losses.

Booking

On confirmation of booking your contract will be with M/s Clique Holidays LLP   A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.

Payments

We have very flexible payment terms. On confirmation of booking, we will request for 25% advance payment. The payment will be made to M/s Clique Holidays LLP. The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.

Balance Payment

You can pay the balance payment 30 days prior to the tour. However, if you will not prefer to make full payment before arrival. We will request you another 30% payment and the rest upon arrival.

The above payment terms is not applicable for Luxury trains tour and tour which is coming in high peak season (New Year or Christmas or Long weekend)

Mode of Payment

By Online Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card)  By Online Debit Card Payment (by Master / Visa / Maestro). By Bank / Telex Transfer to our Bank A/c.  By UPI (Only for Indian National Customer)

Please note:- The payment by credit card will attract additional 3% bank charges for international card and 2% for domestic card. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.

Online Booking through website

Please note that online cost is not valid during long weekend holidays, Festival time, Christmas and New Year Time.

Vehicle Guideline:

SEDAN CAR: FOR 2-3 PEOPLE, we are providing Sedan Car which is comfortable for 3 people. However, if you need SUV car for 3 People there would be an additional cost. You can check the supplement cost from your tour coordinator.

SUV CAR: – We will provide an SUV car maximum for 5 people (including children). If you are traveling more then 5 people there would be an additional cost of a bigger vehicle.

TEMPO TRAVELLER: – – We will provide a Tempo Traveller car maximum for 10 people (including children). If you are above 10 people, then there will be an additional cost of a bigger vehicle.

Hotel Confirmation: –

You can choose 3* hotels to 5* hotels for your stay. We have mentioned the hotel’s name in the itinerary. We will book the same hotels for your stay. However, if these hotels will not be available then we will book equal alternate and inform you in advance. If equal alternates will not be available we will inform of an additional cost of upgraded accommodation.

Payments for online Booking

We have very flexible payment terms. On confirmation of booking, we will request for 20% advance payment. The payment will be made to our online payment gateway link.  We will request you another 30% advance payment 45 days prior of the travel date. We will collect balance upon arrival.

The above payment terms is not applicable for Luxury trains tour and tour which is coming in high peak season (New Year or Christmas or Long weekend)

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any unavoidable reason/s we must be informed of the same in writing and this will be effective from the date we receive a letter in writing.

The cancellation charges would be as follows:

60 days or more prior to arrival – 15% of the tour/service cost.  

59 days – 30 days prior to arrival – 30% of the tour/service cost.  

29 days – 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost  

14 days – 0 days, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.

Note: If booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.  High Peak Season bookings (from 20th December to 15th January).

Festival Period Bookings (Festivals like -Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar fair etc).

IMPORTANT NOTE:                       

Regardless of the above-mentioned cancellation tab, in case of cancellation of the tour/ travel services (due to any reason) by the client, after booking is made with us – a minimum of 10% service charge would be applicable on the total cost of the tour package.

Regardless of the above-mentioned cancellation tabs, in case of the cancellation of the confirmed tour/ travel services (due to any natural calamities that is unavoidable), then the following two options can be available:

Client would be provided with Credit Note facility for the advance amount paid by him/her and the same can be used by the client anytime in future travels for themselves or any other person related to him in his family, friends or relatives.

In case the client urges for the refund- then a minimum of 10% service charge would be applicable on the total tour cost and the remaining amount (after lessening 10% service charge) would be refunded to the client.

In case the client cancels the tour after beginning /in the middle of the tour, in that case the refund would depend on the amount we would be able to levied from the hotels/inns. For the unused hotels, transport, meals, guides or any other travel service, the company would not be responsible for any refund.

The cancellation amount would be calculated on the total tour cost of the booking and not on the advance amount paid by the client.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE LUXURY TRAIN JOURNEYS

90 days or more prior to departure – 10% of ticket value will be deducted. 89 days-30 days prior to departure – 20% of ticket value will be deducted.

29 days –0 days, prior to departure – 100% of ticket value will be deducted.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE WILDLIFE GAME DRIVES

Wildlife game drives booked into any Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered a cancellation and no payment can be refunded/ adjusted against it. This is as per the Government rule and regulations.

MANDATORY IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT DETAIL:

It is Mandatory for all guests (Foreign Nationals, NRI’s and Indian Nationals) to provide Photo ID at the time of booking confirmation of tours. The given below Documents are applicable for different categories:

For foreign nationals – Copy of Passport + Visa is mandatory. For Non Resident Indians clients (NRI client) – copy of passport. For Overseas Indian clients holding OCI / PIO card – copy of passport and copy of OCI/PIO card is mandatory For domestic clients – copy of Driving License / Voter ID Card / passport is mandatory Note: VISA is compulsory to Travel to India for all Foreign Nationals.

REFUND POLICY :

In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and canceled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cthe ancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.

Please note that the refund process may take minimum 5-6 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount. Only written communication shall be entertain in regard to Refund part.

Our liabilities and limitations:

Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Clique Holidays LLP rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such change – the rates quoted by us before modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines.

Clique Holidays LLP and its associates acts only in the capacity of an agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & the contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us – are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them. The tickets, coupons or passage contract in use by carrier / hotel or other contractors rendering services shall constitute the sole contract between the Clients and such contractor

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. Clique Holidays LLP reserves the right to amend any aspect of the itinerary including transportation and accommodation without notice in the interest of the trip, participants’ safety, comfort and general well being without making any rebate, allowance or refund and extra cost, if any, would be payable by the client.

Clique Holidays LLP shall not be responsible and shall not accept any liability towards the Clients or his/her legal representative for any loss of property or damages resulting from death or injuries including loss of services which the Clients may sustain on account of act, negligence or default by any transportation Company, hotel agents or any other body of persons, its agents or service providers providing such services or facilities or arising out of or while engaged in any tour, means of transportation or other services, whether due to ownership, maintenance , use, operation or control of any automobile, bicycle, boat, motor, or other vehicle in common carrier or otherwise and whether due to its or there negligence or otherwise or regardless of how caused. Clients using sporting equipment, bicycles, sailing boats, scuba diving gear, hired or supplied by hotels or rental bodies shall do so at their own risk.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.

Force Majeure::

Clique Holidays LLP and any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or suppliers and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns shall not be responsible for, or be deemed to be in default on account of any failure to perform or due to delay in performance of any of its obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, if such performance is rendered impracticable by the occurrence of acts of war, whether declared or undeclared, sabotage, embargo, acts of terrorism, riot or other civil commotion, failure in transportation, act of any government or any court or administrative agency thereof, acts of God, fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, strike, act of government or other catastrophes, pandemic, epidemics, outbreak of disease or quarantine restrictions, or other cause(s) beyond the reasonable control of Clique Holidays LLP. (“Force Majeure”).

Clique Holidays LLP (company) and client (you)– both shall use their best efforts to avoid, overcome and offset the effects of any cause or potential cause of an event of Force Majeure. Upon cessation of the cause of the Force Majeure, the Terms and conditions of use given hereunder, shall again become fully operative.

However, a Force Majeure event will not relieve Clique Holidays LLP (company) and client (you) of the obligations accrued prior to the occurrence of the Force Majeure.
